30-Day Return Policy We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at lauraherring4072@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at lauraherring4072@outlook.com right away so we can assess the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges For the fastest way to get the item you want, we recommend returning the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
